Welcome to Scavenger Hunt Plus! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Scavenger Hunt Plus mobile application (the "App"), owned and operated by SEGIT, located in The Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1.1. The App is intended for users who are at least 6 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 6 years old or have parental consent. Parents are advised to supervise small children when using the App.
1.2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1. Users can create content within the App, including Scavenger Hunts. Scavenger Hunts consist of a name, description, and checkpoints. Checkpoints may include a name and optional multiple-choice questions.
2.2. User created content is stored locally on the user's device. When the user removes the app or deletes the app's data this data cannot be restored.
2.3. Published Scavenger Hunts are made publicly accessible to all users of the App. Anyone can view and use these Scavenger Hunts.
3.1. Users have the option to purchase subscriptions in the app. These subscriptions are required to publish Scavenger Hunts.
3.2. Published Scavenger Hunts will be tied to the subscription. If the subscription is canceled or expires, the published Scavenger Hunts may no longer be accessible.
4.1. The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
5.1. Your use of the App is at your own risk. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.
5.2. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
6.1. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the App.
